Yellow Verandah endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer Refund on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping, we are open to extending Return or Exchange your order. In case of unavailability of the same product, Yellow Verandah will proceed for full Refund. Refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
In rare scenario, if any product gets damaged during transit, we take full accountability of the damage, so that you can sit back, relax without any fear of shipping damage and shop!
Eligibility for Refund
1. Handmade & Handpainted products may have minute imperfections in terms of color shades, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, size and also, insignificantly different from each other which make them unique & special. Refund will not be applicable in such scenario.
2. Wooden products may develop hairline cracks with change of temperature & climate and with time. This is a natural process. Refund will not be applicable in such scenario.
3. Antiques & Vintage Collections are not machine made or machine finished or newly manufactured. There may be multiple imperfections, damage, dent, color blemishes etc. We retain the original old look the way, the product was collected and we do not repair or modify any imperfections, to retain the authenticity of the time & source. Refund will not be applicable in such scenario.
4. Handmade or Handpainted or Handcrafted or Vintage or Antique products will not be exactly similar to each other in terms of color shades, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, size. The photograph will not be exact representation of the product, you receive, but ofcourse similar. Any dispute, Refund will not be applicable in such scenario.
- Any dispute or concern on any product, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 3 Business Days from the delivery. Post this timeline, Refund will not be applicable.
6. Refund policy will be applicable on the products returned to us without any damage – in original condition.
- Refund policy will be applicable on the returned products which are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.
8. In case where customer has provided wrong or incomplete delivery address and our Shipping Partner failed to deliver after 3 attempts OR the recipient refused to accept the delivery, Refund will not be applicable. Customer will need to pay additional shipping charges to initiate dispatch process again from our end.
9. In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping Agency, Refund will not be applicable.
- The above eligibility for Refund is applicable for both domestic and international purchase.
PROCESS TO REFUND
Always record the un-boxing video and photographs of the products. Check the products carefully. If incorrect or damaged or genuine quality / manufacturing defects are found, contact Yellow Verandah Customer Care within 48 hours from delivery with un-boxing video and photographs of the concerned product.

2. Yellow Verandah team will review your concern and revert with a solution within 7 Business Days.
- Always, Return or Exchange will be the first solution offered to you, if Return or Exchange is accepted by Yellow Verandah. In case of unavailability of the same product, Yellow Verandah will proceed for full Refund.
4. In case of Refund, a Reverse Pick Up will be arranged by us at our own expense. However, if your Pin Code is not serviceable for Reverse Pick Up, you need to arrange the shipping of the products to our address mentioned above.
5. Once the product is received by us in original condition, we will initiate full Refund. Refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
It will usually take 15 Business Days to refund from the day of reporting the issue.
